At BETAPIKIN, we take pride in providing high-quality digital products to our customers. Because our products are delivered instantly and are non-tangible, we have a strict no-refund policy, except in specific cases outlined below.
Digital Product Policy
All products sold on betapiikin.com are digital and delivered electronically. Once a product has been downloaded or delivered via email, we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of digital content.
Refunds are only issued if:
The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side (e.g. email failure or system error)
The customer was charged multiple times for the same product in error
The file received was corrupted or non-functional, and we’re unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days
Refunds Are Not Issued For:
Change of mind after purchase
Compatibility issues (unless clearly stated and we failed to meet that)
Failing to download or access the product due to issues on your side (e.g. email filters, unsupported devices, etc.)
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
